Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, work email address, phone number (if given), company name, industry, team size, the tools you currently use (if given), and the details you share about your business and CRM needs. We don’t collect this information any other way — we don’t use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a discovery call, and follow up about our services. If we build a CRM for you, information from your inquiry may carry over into scoping that project. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use Resend to send the notification email generated by your form submission and the automatic reply back to you. If we have enabled instant team alerts, a summary of your submission may also be sent to our internal Slack workspace. We don’t share your information with any other third party, and none of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Data storage and retention
Form submissions reach us as email, and we keep that email the way we keep any business correspondence. If your inquiry turns into a project, your information becomes part of our normal project records for as long as we work together, plus a reasonable period after for our own records. If it doesn’t turn into a project, you can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email sales@whatnotdev.com and we’ll handle it directly — no account or login is needed since we don’t require one to contact us.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use this site after an update means you accept the current version.
