Ecommerce company, B2B + retail CRM

A multi-product supplier that unified retail customers, wholesale accounts, inventory, and support in one place.

Client: Ridgeway Supply Co. · Platform: Custom Built

The problem

Ridgeway Supply Co. sold apparel, auto parts, hardware, and restaurant supplies to both everyday shoppers and business customers. Retail and wholesale orders lived in separate systems, wholesale pricing was handled by hand, and nobody noticed a low-stock item or a quiet business account until it had already cost them a sale.

What we built

We built a custom CRM that puts retail and wholesale in one dashboard while keeping the two customer groups separate. It tracks business accounts with tiered pricing (Bronze, Silver, Gold), manages orders through fulfillment, and warns the team about low stock and accounts that have stopped ordering. An insights panel suggests the next action, such as sending a reorder reminder or launching a win-back campaign.

Built as a custom web app connected to the store, inventory, email, and support through their APIs, on a single fixed monthly rate for Ridgeway Supply Co., with no per-seat fees as their team grows.
