Ecommerce company, custom CRM

A direct-to-consumer store connecting Shopify, support, and email into one customer view.

Client: Urban Kit Co. · Platform: Custom Built

The problem

Customer support lived in one inbox, marketing lived in another tool, and nobody had a single view of who their best customers actually were or which ones had abandoned a cart.

What we built

Built as a custom web app connected to Shopify, email, and support through their APIs, on a single fixed monthly rate for Urban Kit Co., with no per-seat fees as their team grows.

Live KPIs: revenue, orders, new customers, average order value, and return rate, each compared to the previous 7 days

Sales by channel: see how much revenue comes from Shopify, Instagram, and Facebook

Unified activity feed: new orders, sign-ups, reviews, and recovered carts in one timeline

Customer and product insights: top sellers and highest-spending customers at a glance

Within the first few weeks of launch, Urban Kit Co. had one place to see every order, customer, and conversation, and automated abandoned cart flows started recovering sales that used to be lost.
