Ecommerce company, repeat-purchase CRM
A subscription and replenishment store that turned one-time buyers into predictable, repeat customers.
Client: Daily Provisions Co. · Platform: Custom Built
The problem
Daily Provisions Co. sold protein, coffee, skincare, and pet food that customers need to buy again every month, but nobody was tracking when a customer was due to reorder. Subscriptions were managed in spreadsheets, lapsed customers were only noticed weeks later, and there was no clear view of why people cancelled.
What we built
We built a custom CRM on top of the client's store that predicts when each customer will run out, sends reminders automatically by email and SMS, and tracks subscriptions, pauses, and cancellations in one dashboard. An insights panel highlights the next best action, such as who is due to reorder this week and which customers are at risk of churning.
Built as a custom web app connected to the store, email, and SMS through their APIs, on a single fixed monthly rate for Daily Provisions Co., with no per-seat fees as their team grows.
