HVAC company, service and installation CRM

A heating and cooling contractor that unified service calls, installations, invoices, and equipment stock in one dashboard.

Client: Everest Air Heating & Cooling · Platform: Custom Built

The problem

Everest Air handled repairs, new installations, and maintenance visits through separate tools. The office couldn't tell how much revenue came from service versus installs, customers who were due for a tune-up were never contacted, and low refrigerant or capacitor stock was only noticed when a technician was already on a job. Estimates and invoices piled up with no clear view of what was open.

What we built

We built a custom CRM that tracks every customer, service call, estimate, and invoice in one place. It schedules technicians, separates service revenue from installation revenue, and flags low equipment stock before it delays a job. An insights panel suggests the next action, such as adding weekend technicians when repair calls rise or sending maintenance reminders to customers who are due.

Built as a custom web app connected to accounting, email, and SMS through their APIs, on a single fixed monthly rate for Everest Air, with no per-seat fees as their team grows.
